    Woohoo!! My promotion finally took affect officially Monday January 11th!! yeah for Kash's Birthday!!!

    I am now our Cleveland Call Center Manager. ^__^ In 2 years I have been promoted 4 times, and now am over teh office I originally started in. I'm pretty excited, but I'm also extremely nervious. Currently I have no life what so ever. I have been traveling back and forth from our Canton and Cleveland office... sometimes on the same day. (that's atleast an hour drive... when it is nice outside)

    I'm a little nervous I have to admit... this is going to be a hell of a lot of responsibility. I won't just be running the call center, I will be assisting our Profit Center Director, and whatever other random projects they give me... I already don't have a lot of free time.. -_-'''

    Sorry to everyone I owe stuff... I promise I will get this all sorted out and find some free time again. ^^
